Unpredictable: You normally ovulate 2 weeks before your period, which is difficult to predict if your periods are irregular. If you have another 34 day cycle you will ovulate day 20 (first day of period is day 1). Fertility drugs can be used to time ovulation but at cost of increased risk for multiples.
