Round ligament pain?: Possibilities for your pain: round ligament stretching of the enlarging uterus (common, benign, should go away with tylenol (acetaminophen) and rest), appendicitis (uncommon but serious requiring surgery as an emergency, associated with poor appetite and malaise), ovarian cyst torsion/rupture (uncommon but quite painful and potentially needing surgery), musculoskeletal strain (common, no big deal, improves rest).
