NONE: You do not get bacterial infections from antibiotics. Antibiotics do produce dysbiosis of your normal bacterial and yeast flora. This can allow overgrowth of resistant bacteria or fungi in or on your body and resistant superinfection. Antibiotics can also allow overgrowth of toxin producing bacteria such as clostridium difficile that causes pseudomembraneous colitis.
