See below: Focus on the present. Find a psychotherapist to help you figure out how various areas of your life is affected and work things from there. You can do positive self-affirmation. You can also make an inventory of your own self -- what makes you a good person; what can you do well, or skilled at. Set up small achievable goals. Good luck!
