Penis bent upwards: There is a hard "plaque" under the skin on upper side of penis. This causes shortening of upper side causing upward curve. This can cause difficulty with penile insertion for sex & pain during sex.

Here...: Usually it comes up insidiously. Signs/symptoms may be: penile ache/pain at erection, penile curvature of various degree at erection, denting at site of angling of penis at erection, palpable hardness at the back or side of penis, some decrease in erection, less penile rigidity distal to the point of angling of curvature, even with erectile dysfunction, etc.
