Pain: Symptoms of a neck sprain can include pain, limited or painful movements, muscle spasm, and stiffness. Pain which radiates down an arm to your fingers might be something more like a pinched nerve. Sprains usually improve with time, anti inflammatory medications and therapy. Whenever concerned, please be evaluated by your favorite orthopedic surgeon!
