Probably not: There are millions of sperm are in semen but it take just one for a pregnancy. If she has the time to stay in bed it will not hurt.

Yes: After sex if you want to have a baby it is better for the wife to stay laying down on her back and legs flexed up. This permits the pool of spern to motivate up the uterus and into the fallopian tube. Best to stay at least 15 minutes or more.
