A member asked:

I have constant aches at back of neck upper?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Strain: Could be several reasons, anything from a cervical sprain/strain to pain because of a disc herniation, or spinal stenosis or myofascial neck pain. Without a more detailed history and physical examination it's hard to determine. I would advise you seek the advice of a local physiatrist, who would be able to help you.
