Both NSAIDS: These meds are similar in that they are from the same class of mediations. They do work a little differently and as a result the Celebrex (celecoxib) can be easier on the stomach. I prefer Meloxicam clinically but there is no research to say that it is better than celebrex (celecoxib). Check with your pcp.

NSAIDS: Meloxicam and Celecoxib are non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. They are both effective medications. The effectiveness varies from individual to individual.
