UTI: You might have a urinary tract infection, although typically you'd complain about painful urination, not just upon finishing. Perhaps there's a minor skin tear that's sensitive to urine upon contact. Or you might have a sexually transmitted infection. Regardless, go see your family physician for a complete evaluation and appropriate treatment.
