Urination&Copulation: The circuitous "logic" employed here of urination with copulation "defeats" pregnancy is "bogus!"! there is sperm in the pre-ejaculatory fluid and if it "escapes" in the vagina then pregnancy is always possible although less so with the vaginal spermicide in place.

Always possible: Even though you are striving to be very careful and conscientious, your girlfriend could still get pregnant. It's not guaranteed that the spermicide will kill all the sperm if you unintentionally ejaculate inside of her.
