Depends: In general an afi of 10 is normal but a 9.4 is very close an is not worrisome. Whem an afi is at the borderline it is common to repeat the test in a week. She should stay well hydrated and rested. That help to increase the flow of blood to the baby which in turn make the baby urinate more...Hence more fluid!
