Possible!: The highest concentration of sperm can come out before the ejaculate, so the withdrawal method fails often! you need a better method of birth control or you will get pregnant.

Really good: The best way to avoid pregnancy is to use protection or birth control. There are many options in today's world and they are readily available. Please protect yourself from stds as well. See your pcp and get educated on the best method for you.
