Not usually: Unless the tinnitus is associated with an enlarging acoustic neuroma, there is no other relationship. Tinnitus involves degeneration of the hearing, and headaches are due to non-ear etiologies.

I would not think so: Tinnitus can be a part of the headache. Also, from taking too much Aspirin over time, a common side effect is tinnitus.
