Benadryl (diphenhydramine): If not seriously allergic to bee stings, the best immediate thing to do would be to take 25 mg of Diphenhydramine (benadryl).

Lots: Remove stingers by scraping along the edge of the skin with a credit card. Clean the area with soap & warm water. Apply ice in 10 minute increments. Alternating 10 on & 10 off. A bag of cold peas is very useful for this. You can take a medication like tylenol, (acetaminophen) Aspirin or Motrin for pain - Benadryl for itching. Apppl ya paste made up of 2 parts baking soda and 2 part waters.

Baking soda paste: Make a paste of 2 parts baking soda and one part water. Apply in a cloth to effected area of skin.
