The symptoms of Congestive heart failure include:: Chest pain, Cough, Crackles in lungs, Distended neck veins, Enlarged heart, Enlarged liver, Fever, Heart murmur, Nocturia, Pounding heartbeat, Pleural effusion, Difficulty breathing, Swelling, Wheezing, Difficulty breathing when lying down, Fatigue, Lethargy.
