Antifungal creams: It could be jock itch. Most "jock-itch" is a superficial fungal infection of the skin in the groin area. If this is the case, many athlete's foot remedies will work here as well. The ones to try first are lotrimin ultra or Lamisil (terbinafine) cream. If it is because of yeast infection, use Nystatin cream.
