Usually one: Does not get a ct scan for no reason. Enlarged nodes can be lymphoma, usually assocaited with nodes elsewhere and symptoms like weight loss, fever, soaking sweats and pruritus (itching). But sarcoid, granulomatous disease, old tb, and others are in the differential. More tests need to be done. Pet? Biopsy?
