No. : A working testicle cannot be transplanted; but this is usually is not functionally necessary since fertility & hormone function can be maintained with one testicle. A testicular prosthesis, which has a silicone shell filled with saline can be placed, but is cosmetic & does not perform any of the functions of a normal testicle, which is to produce sperm and release hormones such as testosterone.
