What's the difference between the diets of people with lactose intolerant and those dairy allergies differ?

Nothing: Both need to avoid dairy. The lactose intolerant patient because they can't digest lactose the sugar in milk. The milk allergy patient b/c they are allergic to milk proteins and could have a life threatening reaction to milk.
