Need more info: Fetal or newborn? What is happening with head size? Ventricle size? Rest of body systems? Why was initial ultrasound done? What has changed clinically?

Wait: At 34 weeks birth is coming soon. Baby will need to be evaluated once born with ultrasound and MRI to ascertain the exact anatomy. Surgical correction may need to done after neurosurgical evaluation.
