Brain problem?: Unsteady gait and double vison can be warning signs of a problem within the brain or skull. If it happens while getting up it may be blood pressure related but anything else should be thoroughly investigated to rule out a more serious problem. You should make an appointment with your ophthalmologist right away for a full eye and neurological exam with dilation and proceed from there.
