When you ovulate: The best way to achieve pregnancy is to use ovulation predictor kits and time intercourse for when you are ovulating. If you have normal menstrual cycles, this should be around day 14 (day one being the first day of menses). But, success depends on your fertility (age, health, husbands health and sperm count).

Almost never!: It is almost impossible to get pregnant during your period. Starting when your period starts, count 14 days ahead. If you are ovulating normally with a 28-day cycle, then you are most fertile day #14 after your period started. If your cycle is longer or shorter, it can be much more difficult to tell. Talk with your ob/gyn about basal body temperature measurement to find when you are most ferti.

See below: 30% of pregnant women experience implantation bleeding at about the time they would expect their period. They mistake this bleeding as their period, when in fact, it isn't.

Unlikely: Unlikely but not impossible since sometimes a period is just spotting. Some couples are very fertile. The rhythm method isn't very effective, so continuous use of birth control recommended.

Unlikely: If you have very regular cycles and have your normal period, ovulation would occur midcycle-on days 14 to 16 if your cycle is every 28 to 32 days. Sperm lasts from 3 to 5 days so that pregnancy up to 5 days from day 7 of your period isn't likely. However, this is just a guideline but i hope it helps you.
