Poor attention: Memory is experience that is registered, stored, and then retrieved. Defects can occur at any of these processes. Poor attention will not allow registering. Many factors interfere with storing memory, and also interfere with retrieval. Drugs, medications, metabolic disorders, stress, psychological issues, and dementia are a few of the factors that interfere. Get a thorough evaluation.
