Depends: Depends on whether your skin can tolerate the alcohol content in the hand sanitizer Ethyl Alcohol is a good disinfectant but is drying on the skin. Once or twice a day would be my suggestion for normal use. Germ x product has no specific guidelines. Just to use it on the go it says in the product literature.
