Depends: This is an expected finding in most cases but best read by a neuroradiologist. MRI is preferred over CT. If mild, global, and age-related, not usually a concern unless clinical symptoms have emerged. All brains shrink with age, but does not have to produce clinical problems just due to mild atrophy.
