Am bloodshot eyes: When both are similarly " bloodshot" what transpired the night before is telling. Drinking without retching likely dry eye from diuretic effect. Violent retching " dry heaves" can also cause the bloodshot look. If a recurrent problem, look to blood pressure issues, allergy or night- time exposure of eye with sleep. Treatment are preventive best.
