Cramping: Cramping can happen in pregnancy. However it is a nonspecific symptom and is unreliable in making the diagnosis. Check pregnancy test for confirmation of it has been 4 weeks from your last cycle.

Menses and Cramping: Nope. Not in any specific way. Many, if not most, women get cramping with their periods.
