What are some ways to live more comfortably after a nuss surgery for pectus excavatum?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Avoid contact sports: Avoid any compressive force to thorax. Standing up straight is the most comfortable position. Sleep on a recliner. Swiming, elliptical stairclimber are good excercises. Extra strenght tylenol (acetaminophen) as directed, if no contraindications is a good remedy.
