Swollen Lips: You could have bitten them or at something that caused them to swell. It's never bad to go to your doctor to get it checked out if the condition persists.

Salivary glands: That could because of a few swollen or expanded small salivary glands inside the lips, especially lower lip. It also could be from stress or hormone change.
