Unlikely: Implantation occurs on average 9 days after ovulation and fertilization. It can happen as early as 6 days after ovulation or up to 12 days after ovulation. Your menstrual cycle (period) usually starts 12-14 days after ovulation, if your egg was not fertilized. Thus, if you are menstruating it is usually a sign that you are not pregnant.
