Could be days: Answer depends on several things: age, dose (potency), other pharmaceutical use, metabolism. Mj can be detected for days after relatively "minimal exposure.

3 months: To be 99% sure of passing a drug test, 90 days is the recommended figure. This is for a urinalysis drug screen. If hair is tested marijuana can show up 6 months later.
