My six year old ate a large amount of raw chicken what should i do?

Monitor the situatio: If you are lucky the kid will just get indigestion. Unfortunately, raw chicken is often contaminated with fecal germs in processing & there is a possibility that the kid can get a bacterial diarrhea in the next day or so. If this happens your pcp may want to do a stool culture & see if the germ requires treatment. Some do not.
