I discovered blood in my stool. please tell me what this means. i am scared?

Many possibilities: Blood in stool has many reasons, e.g. Hemorrhoids, vascular malformations in colon, telescoping of one part of bowel into an adjoining part, ulceration including ulcerative colitis etc. Any bleeding should be taken seriously and you should consult your doctor for an evaluation. At your age it is not likely to be cancer.
