Round ligament Pains: At 37weeks your pregnancy is considered to be term. You may begin to feel intermittent cramps or pains at irregular intervals. This will eventually organise itself into the coordinated activities of labor. It appears that right now you are having a round ligament pain. If it remains severe you need to go to the hospital for evaluation. I hope you are under the care of an obstetrician.
