Abnormal semen: Although it is possible to achieve a pregnancy with low sperm motility, it is less likely. Here, the motility is very low (10%) and there is clumping present. This could be due to varicocele, exposures, medications, antisperm antibodies or various other things, including general health issues. This merits evaluation by a urologist.
