What if youv been taking bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for 6 days and you only have 4 days left , there 12 hours apart, if i skip taking one tonight an drink will i get sick?

Maybe: Not everyone gets sick if they mix Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and alcohol. However, just skipping a dose won't keep it from happening. The medicine isn't metabolized quickly enough to prevent the reaction. So i'd be prepared to be ill. Or just don't drink.
