Sometimes: With early identification of the problem and consistent and effective therapy many of our patients have achieved normal vision with the exception of stereo vision. So start early and stick to the regimen.

Depends: On the age of when identified (earlier = better) and if ambylopia can be corrected as well as the strabismus if present.
