How do i get rid of the sores that appeared after i picked at pimples?

Body heals itself: It is was just a pimple and you picked at it, it should heal if you just keep it clean, dry--leave it alone for 2-3 wks. If by then it is not healed ot ulcerates even further, consult doc for possibility of a skin cancer suck as basal cell carcinoma--a most common type of skin cancers (see pic here). If it is so, this cancer is often easily cured by simple complete excision. Consult doc. Good luck.
