Back pain with cycle: Most women get some relief with an anti-inflammatory medication such as naproxsyn (aleve). You could try any of the other meds sold for menstral cramps to see if that helps. If the pains are real bad and not helped with otc meds, you should get a check up to see if everything is alright.
