Yes, but...: The are some unusual & rare problems that mimic pregnancy. Frequently, if women desire pregnancy, they will get the signs & symptoms even if not pregnant. Ovarian cysts that happen when a woman doesn't ovulate produce excess estrogen which can give the symptoms of pregnancy.
