Are you on coumadin (warfarin)?: No unless you are on blood thinner like Coumadin or warfarin. If you are on coumadin, then you need to make sure that you watch out your diet and being consistent with your diet -especially for food that contains high amount of vitamin k- like vegetables etc. Your doctor should be able to gude you regarding diet seletion if you are on coumadin.

Legs and lungs: Venous blood clots usually form in the deep veins the legs causing pain, and swelling. If the clot breaks off and reaches the lung, embolus, it may cause sudden chest pain, shortness of breath, cough with blood sputum. If the clot is large enough, it may cause sudden death.

Depends: Disorders causing defective/inadequate clotting may be referred to as bleeding diathesis and each disorder has its own name, e.g., hemophilia, von willebrand disease, itp etc. Excessive clotting disorders may be called thrombophilia but each type of disorder has its own name, e.g. Leiden factor v mutation, prothrombin mutation, ttp etc.
