Yes: Wheezing is not normal, but wheezing is by definition a noise made on exhaling only. It is caused by turbulence of airflow coming back out of narrow bronchial tubes.

Not normal: A wheeze when you exhale is usually a sign of asthma but could be due to other things. I recommend that you get checked.
