More info: What kind of injuries are you experiencing? However, in general, repetitive muscle strain injuries are the result of either pushing yourself beyond your physiological limits or after a previous injury, not allowing sufficient recovery time before restarting activities or not following an appropriate recovery plan. Talk to you doc . . . Maybe a pt can help.
