What causes daytime sleepiness and a runny nose?

Runny nose & fatigue: A runny nose has many possible causes, nasal allergy, irritant sensitivity (non-allergic rhinitis), sinusitis, viral infection are the most common. Nasal itching or associated eye itching would suggest allergy. Colored nasal drainage lasting more than 2 weeks suggest sinusitis however; clear nasal drainage does not exclude a sinus infection as a problem. See your pcp for a nasal exam.
