Yes!: Excess testosterone can cause hirsutism or male pattern facial/body hair in women. Spironolactone acts as anti-androgen to minimize hirsutism. Excess dihydrotestosterone can cause male pattern baldness. Finasteride & Dutasteride are used to stop conversion of t into dht, thereby shrinking prostate & minimize hair loss.
