Multiple: The ones that come from the base of the heart are sensitive to both calcium channel blockers and blockers. There is a specific variety termed ilvt that is only verapamil sensitive. All are amenable to catheter ablation for cure.

Catheter Ablation: Verapamil is the classic answer. Beta blockers are also somewhat successful, but the real answer is (if you have a highly competent electrophysiologist [ep]) catheter ablation which solves these problems with >85% efficacy and is generally a lifelong treatment. These rhythms can be tricky and may need to be approached from the aorta, not just inside the heart. An excellent ep is advised.
