Unrelated: You "took" Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) once or are you prescribed it? White spots are not usually associated with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) use. There is another explanation for the white spots. See your doctor if they don't clear up.
