Could be normal: As we get older, we get more "spots" on our skin, including the scrotal area. Because normally skin here is 'wrinkled-up' and we usually don't check down there daily, seeing some darker spots can be worrisome. Stretch/flatten it out to see what it looks like. If u are certainly sure this is new, consult doc to have it checked. The picture here=normal scrotal skin with brown bumps. Good luck.
