I can't see it: Hard to tell what weird is. At your age it is not likely to be much to worry about as far as cancer goes, but if persistent should be evaluated. There are lots of skin lesions including infection that can present on the breast. Increasing redness, warmth, pain, discharge and swelling should prompt visit to doc.

Get it biopsied: If you have a sore on the breast then see your primary care urgently. You may need to have it biopsied.
